In 2020 the Super Bowl will take place in Miami, FL and NBA ball player Shaquille O’Neal has big plans. Shaq’s Funhouse is an annual event in Miami created and hosted by Shaquille O’Neal. Describe by the festival itself as “Part music festival, part carnival, part circus, “Shaq’s Fun House” blends super star talent with a unique over the top interactive carnival experience.”
Locals and stars alike come out to have a good time at SFH. The event began in the spring of 2018 and next year, Shaq has plans to bring out Mr. Miami himself, Pitbull as well as Diddy. In the past, Rob Gronkowski, Daymond John, Alexander Wang, Von Miller, and more have been in attendance, celebrating throughout the night. While it has no affiliation with the NFL, it is a Super Bowl party event. Last year the Super Bowl was held in Atlanta Georgia and Shaq’s Fun House was there as well. O’neal said that there was a desire to create something different from the usual, boring Super Bowl parties with people standing around.
Last year, all-inclusive tickets presented an open premium bar and gourmet bites. There was also a meet and greet for visitors to meet O’neal. Shaq says he plans to mingle with guests again next year. “I want to give these kids an experience that they’ll never forget so I always go jump in the crowd,” he said. “Give them a chance to pull out their phone, put it on their little social media.” Pre-registration tickets for the event in 2020 go on sale today Thursday December 19th at https://shaqsfunhouse.com.
