On Wednesday, February 27th Atlanta native and musician, Summer Walker, announced on Twitter that her newest single will be a ‘Girls Need Love’ remix featuring OVO boss Drake! This is Drake’s first verse of 2019. From the looks of twitter, fans currently have positive reviews regarding the single. Some say it is “pure heat”.

During the song Drake sings the chorus with Summer but what really stood out was his verse. Let’s read it.

“You don’t really call on me like you should
Link up, I roll through the hood
Problems but everything’s all good my love
Your nigga doesn’t want smoke with me, nah, no way
Trust me it’s all okay, trust me it’s all
You just need some, someone that’s calm and patient
Submission, domination
Arched back, deep stroke, white wine, weed smoke, that’s my best combination
You just need some, d*ck with no complications
You just need some, you just need some
Late night attention, uncondition
All that you’re missing my babe
F*cked up, shouldn’t even have to justify
I get it I’m on your side, guys get their way all the time
Besides, pleasure not meant for one side
You should just do what’s best for your mind
How about I just take my time?
You call up my line, I fall up inside you
Girls need love too, I know.”

Many fans are saying saying that Drake was “Deep in his bag.” And that he’s flow sounds a lot like the old ‘So far Gone’ Drake.

Looks like the world of R&B is off to a great start in 2019. Summer Walker will jump start her first headlining tour next month in Houston. Tickets have already sold out, including her two songs in Atlanta on April 1st and April 2nd.
