Roc Nation is on a mission to secure their roster with some of the biggest up and coming music artist on the rise. Newest to the team is singer-songwriter and power house vocalist, Nicole Bus. Born and raised in Holland, Netherlands, Nicole grew up singing in the church, playing keyboards making beats and writing songs. Her native country exposed her to a large assortment of music including gospel, reggae, and pop which she credits to the range of her voice.
In 2013, She participated in The Voice of Holland and worked her way to becoming a quarter finalist. Roc Nation discovered the multicultural singer in 2018 on the Instagram page of producer Needlz and since then, she’s been cooking up hits with the entertainment powerhouse.
We caught up with the Singer at the BET Her Fights: Breast Cancer pink carpet right after her breathe taking performance.
Jay- Z, being the founder of Roc Nation, is a man that holds a lot of knowledge of the industry and any artist signed to his record label is perhaps waiting to get some gems dropped on them at any moment. Nicole is patiently waiting for her moment to come as she shares that the entertainment mogul has not blessed her with any advice yet “Jay-z has not given me advice yet… but you never know for the future.”
We were eager to know the name and release date of the album, but all great things take time and Nicole assured us that she will keep us posted on both the release date and album title “My album is coming soon. The name is going to be a secret for now but I will keep you guys posted on the date.” Nicole took to Instagram on October 16th to announce her album Kairos will be release on October 18th, 2019.
We’re excited to hear what great music Nicole Bus has on the way but in the meantime you can check out her latest single You right here.
