K. Michelle Talks Life Experience After Cosmetic Surgery

R&B artist, K. Michelle, recently opened up about her life experience in overcoming her multiple cosmetic surgery procedures in her lifetime show My Killer Body.

K. Michelle gave viewers a background on how it all started by sharing the story about her experience in 2012. That year she got a silicone injection by an unlicensed provider in 2012 called “hydrogel injection“ inquired from the black market. Seven years later, she unfortunately started to get poisinous reactions from this butt injection. In this show she talks to people who are going through the same issue due to cosmetic surgery. Ultimately and helping them go through the process to try to get back to feeling like themselves once again.

K. Michelle stated she began to have health scares including chronic migraines, fatigue, and leg pain which indicated to health professionals that silicone was spreading to her leg. K. Michelle still wasn’t feeling good even after sixteen surgeries and four blood transfusions later. In 2018, K. Michelle started to remove the silicone from her body all together with invasive four surgeries. As she was healing, K. Michelle became a teacher and advocate for other women about the dangers of plastic surgery.

As K. Michelle went through an unfortunate health scare with this cosmetic surgery, she continues to be a voice for others. “Do what makes you happy but understand the consequences,” she said on an instagram post. She teaches others who are thinking about going through the process of making any physical changes to get well informed before getting any cosmetic surgery done, and stay away from illegal silicone injections.



K. Michelle is set to drop her last R&B album “I Want to Give Them What They Came For“. She proudly stated, “That is that old school K. Michelle, that is that heart break, that is that life. Those records, those melodies are very familiar and very melodic.“ She is set to release her very first country album in June, which she has expressed on multiple occasions that this is her passion project. K. Michelle expressed, “This is something I’ve been fighting for. Something that’s been in me ,no gimmick not something i saw someone else do , this is who I am.“
