Over the weekend there was a disturbing video of a male brutally punching an African American girl in the face started to go viral over social media. Several people are sharing their opinions concerns and the police have arrested the guy, who hit the 12-year-old.
According to The Grio, authorities have arrested David Steven Bell, 51, and he was smacked with an assault on a female minor charge, and two counts of assault on a female. He was freed from jail on Sunday and could’ve served up to 450 days in prison if convicted on all three misdemeanor charges.
