After recent violations of his probation, Tekashi 6ix9ine will finally be heading to prison. In 2015, Tekashi was involved with the taping of sexual acts on a 13-year-old in New York County. The 22-year-old rapper has recently admitted to his involvement of the sexual acts which are ultimately leading to his arrest and admission into federal prison.

If you recall earlier this month, Tekashi was on set shooting for his music video with rapper Nicki Minaj and Kanye West when the video location was shot up. The video was set to be in a $60 million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills, but before Minaj could arrive a car pulled up to the shoot where multiple shots were then fired in her assigned room.

The shooting was said to be gang-affiliated with the 9 Trey Blood Gang associated with the city of Brooklyn, but 6ix9ine’s lawyer is denying all allegations and affiliations of his clients involvement. Since then the rapper has fired his whole entourage. On Monday, Tekashi was arrested and taken to federal court in the city of Manhattan for arraignment on six counts. This could lead the rapper serving a lengthy sentence.

The rapper offered up $1.1 million dollars in cash for his bail, but the judge ordered he be held in general population until his next court date. 6ix9ine could face a minimum 32-year sentence.
