Lizzo‘s highly anticipated all-inclusive shapewear line Yitty has launched! During it’s media campaign, the Grammy Award winning artist wore beaded bracelets with customized messages that’s created to last and spread worldwide.
Yitty is a 6X-XS sized shapewear line inspired by Lizzo‘s childhood name. In a recent press release, Yitty is described as “a revolutionary shapewear brand that exudes self-love, radical inner confidence, and effortless, everyday wear”. People Magazine reported the “Flute Queen” stating she was so “tired of seeing this sad, restrictive shapewear that literally no-one wanted to wear”. With that, she took on the responsibility of “allowing women to feel unapologetically good about themselves again” and started developing Yitty.
In 2013, Adrianna Craig started the Little Words Project hoping to “create something that its sole purpose was to bring kindness and positivity back into the female world”. These bracelets aren’t your ordinary accessories. Each bracelet has a charm tag and inspirational message including “be happy” and “fearless”. There is a customizable option as well! Once someone decides that they don’t need the word, the charm tag allows them to track the journey to the next person. Yitty and Little Words Project share similar goals for women. Both brands promote inclusiveness, positivity, and self-love.
The “Truth Hurts” singer sported these “feel good” bracelets a long with her Yitty apparel and you can too! With more than one million bracelets sold, you can rock your own inspirational arm candy along with celebrities like Kourtney Kardashian and Zoe Saldaña.
