The American Music Awards are back and this could prove to be a historic year. Post Malone is the artist to watch with the most nominations, a total of seven, including Artist of the Year. He is up against Drake, Ariana Grande, Halsey and Taylor Swift for that category. Swift has had the most nominations in AMA history for the ‘Artist of the Year’ category. This year, she could break a record currently held by Michael Jackson for the most wins. Jackson holds the record with 24 wins. New artist Lil Nas X is nominated 5 times along with Taylor Swift this year.

Voting is open until midnight of November 20th and fans can vote up to 30 times, per award, per day. The awards will air November 24th, broadcasting live from Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theatre.
