Looks like Jamie Foxx might just be off the hook!

Looks like Jamie Foxx has caught the bug of the consistent sexual assault allegations in Hollywood. A woman is claiming sexual harassment against Foxx for allegedly striking her in the face with his “man parts” back in 2002. According to the woman, Foxx was trying to get her to perform oral sex on him while at a party. Of course she’s claiming she refused to do such actions, and when she said no, Jamie responded with a hit to her face with his penis.

The woman recently filed a police report against the singer, however she has hit a crossroads because the State of Nevada claims if the action was true, Sexual Assault wouldn’t be the crime due to no penetration being involved. According to the Las Vegas Defense Group, a hit to the face with a mans penis is considered a lesser crime of open and gross lewdness.

Jamie Foxx has responded to the allegations saying it is completely false and absurd. He also has taken action and filed a police report against the woman for filing a false police report against him. Due to the alleged accident happening in 2002, and it is now 2018, Law Enforcement is staying the police report may not fall through due to the statue of limitations being expired.
