With his over the top feathers and a gorgeous train look at the Academy Awards, Billy Porter showed up with in his purple custom made Christian Siriano after party outfit, crowned with an extra wide brim hat created by Sarah Sokol Millinery including a message on his bag that read, “…U Pay Me!”
